1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 7ktaya ("7ktaya," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 7ktaya website located at https://7ktaya.net and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 7ktaya Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. 6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 7ktaya Platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers and are subject to the rules established by those developers. The following general principles apply:

• Random Number Generation: All non-live casino games on 7ktaya use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently audited by recognized testing laboratories.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in real time. Results are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) and are not subject to RNG manipulation.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

7ktaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

7ktaya's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
